Exactly. There are as many ways to change it as there are people who view the situation. Each can contribute in a unique way.
The degree of change is dependent on how much attention it is given. When the energy of attention is focussed on beneficial change, rather than pushing against those who are creating the situation the desired change occurs more rapidly.
